The Pathway Project is highly selective when it comes to our network of coaches and facilitator to ensure that every journey is led with utmost compassion, care and professionalism.
If you’re a passionate facilitator or certified coach by the International Coach Federation with a proven track record in the Middle East and beyond, we’d love to hear from you.
Our screening process takes place in four key stages:

Introductory meeting to review qualifications, skills and motivations
stage two
Assessment with our lead coach and founder
stage three
Simulation session to observe how you engage as a coach
stage four
TPP onboarding program begins to align you with our values and best practices
