Embodied Transformation is a 4-day, practice-based program that supports personal and leadership development through somatic practices and work. Participants engage in movement, breath, and awareness practices to shift long-held patterns, deepen presence, and cultivate grounded, purposeful action. It’s not just about learning — it’s about becoming.
Somatic Coaching
The Strozzi Somatic Coach Certification Program is an 8-month, immersive, cohort-based training that equips you to guide others through embodied transformation. Combining in-person intensives, mentorship, and real-world practice, it trains you in somatic methodology to develop the skills, presence, and depth required for transformative coaching. Graduates earn a somatic coaching certification aligned with ICF standards, prepared to lead with integrity and embodied impact.
