Current offering
Ready to shift old patterns and live with more presence?
We offer programs in using the methodology from the Strozzi Institute and Somatic Experiencing International, pioneers in the fields of somatics, embodied transformation and somatic experiencing. These serve as the foundation of our evolving catalog of transformative learning experiences.
The methodology integrates the intelligence of the body with emotional insight, cognitive clarity, and committed action, creating powerful pathways for sustainable change.
Through a unique blend of somatic practices, mindfulness, coaching, and ontological inquiry, the Strozzi Method supports individuals and organizations in aligning their actions with their deepest values. The result is not just behavioural change, but transformation that is embodied, lived in the day-to-day, and sustained over time.
The program has impacted leaders across the globe, from corporate executives and entrepreneurs to educators, activists, and healing practitioners, equipping them with the tools to lead with integrity, presence, and purpose.
These programs have several international accreditations that support the quality and effectiveness of the training programs, including Accreditation with a provider of continuing education programs for CCE Coaches.
Through guided somatic practices, you will uncover how your body holds history, habits, and possibility and learn to move with more freedom and authenticity. This is not just another course. It’s a powerful pathway to intentional living, leading, relating, and acting from embodied commitments that declare a life-affirming future.
Embodied Transformation is a 4-day, practice-based program that supports personal and leadership development through somatic practices and work. Participants engage in movement, breath, and awareness practices to shift long-held patterns, deepen presence, and cultivate grounded, purposeful action. It’s not just about learning — it’s about becoming.
Somatic Coaching Certification
The Somatic Coaching Certification Program is an 8-month, immersive, cohort-based training that equips you to guide others through embodied transformation. Combining in-person intensives, mentorship, and real-world practice, it trains you in the Strozzi Somatic methodology to develop the skills, presence, and depth required for transformative coaching. Graduates earn a somatic coaching certification aligned with ICF standards, prepared to lead with integrity and embodied impact.
The methodology is grounded in the understanding that trauma is not defined by the event itself, but by how the nervous system responds and whether it is able to complete natural survival responses.
The Somatic Experiencing® approach integrates nervous system education, interoceptive awareness, and carefully paced experiential learning. Rather than revisiting traumatic events, SE focuses on increasing the body’s capacity for regulation through tracking sensation, supporting safety, and working with activation in small, manageable increments. This titrated approach allows the nervous system to restore balance without overwhelm or retraumatization.
Central to the methodology is the development of self-regulation, presence, and embodied awareness. Practitioners are trained to recognize patterns of activation and settling, support the completion of defensive responses, and foster resilience through gentle, body-based interventions. Equal attention is given to the practitioner’s own nervous system capacity, recognizing that regulation, attunement, and embodied presence are essential foundations for ethical and effective trauma-informed work.
Somatic Experiencing® is used worldwide by therapists, healthcare professionals, educators, and body-based practitioners. Its applications extend across clinical, educational, and personal development contexts, supporting individuals in restoring a sense of safety, agency, and connection. The methodology offers not just symptom relief, but a deeper reconnection with the body’s innate capacity for healing, stability, and wholeness.
This introductory course offers an overview of Somatic Experiencing®, a body-oriented approach to understanding and working with stress and trauma. Participants will learn basic concepts of nervous system regulation, the role of sensation, and how trauma affects the body, using simple, experiential learning methods.
Somatic Experiencing® Professional Training Program
This program is a three-year, experiential training developed by Dr. Peter Levine that provides an in-depth understanding of trauma as a nervous system response and teaches practitioners how to support regulation, resilience, and recovery through body-based awareness. The training integrates theoretical foundations with experiential learning, while emphasizing the practitioner’s own capacity for self-regulation, presence, and somatic awareness as essential elements of practice.
